Our massages are tailored specifically for you and your body, rarely will you find the same massage twice. What you can find is the same wonderful place to truly rest. Our work is a beautiful blend of everything we know about massage, about the nervous system, and about energy work. It is both intentionally and intuitively curated to the needs of your body while considering your preference towards deep tissue massage or a lighter approach; here you will find a gentle welcome for your nervous system.

Our sauna wrap is the one thing your muscles are begging for. You'll be snugly wrapped in heated, herb-infused blankets and allowed to soak in gentle peace. More effective at releasing and relaxing tissues than a steam bath, salt float, or sauna, with many of the same benefits!

A total reset for the mind and body. Come rest inside Element's sensory deprivation tank filled with medical grade salt water so concentrated you can't help but float! Benefits include improved circulation, decreased blood pressure & heart rate, and increased endorphins for a happier feel to life!
vibroacoustic session - $60
60 minutes to decompress and find your personal zen. A gentle yet powerful inner body deep-tissue massage that uses low-frequency sound waves to stimulate healing from within. These sessions can reduce muscle spasms & pain, anxiety, and stress while increasing quality of sleep & circulation.
